Since this is a public facility that is used by as many groups as possible, we do not rent out rooms for anything other than overnight stays.
If a patient is not feeling well or needs to rest, we will arrange a room for the patient to rest depending on the availability of rooms and other facilities.

The training rooms are arranged in a school style. U-shape, group study style, etc. can be freely arranged. Please return the rooms to their original state after the training.

Smoking is only allowed in the smoking area (in the middle of the gymnasium corridor).

There are washers and dryers on the second floor of the common area building for a fee.
Please bring your own detergent, etc. or purchase it at the store.

The heating in the accommodation rooms is a steam type batch centralized heating system, so it is not possible to adjust the temperature in each room.
The heating comes on and off at regular intervals. It may be somewhat hot while the heating is on, but the heating will turn off after a while, so please keep the warm air trapped in the room.
Please do not turn off the switch just because it is hot. Please note that the heating will not turn on after that.

Yes, we can. We have ramps, elevators, lifts (monobars), and wheelchair accessible baths. Please let us know in advance if you would like a wheelchair-accessible bathroom.

Snow falls from late December to mid-March in normal years, and in the case of heavy snowfall, 50 cm to 1 m of snow can accumulate overnight.
If using a car, winter tires must be prepared from late November to late April.
Also, the parking lot and other areas are very slippery, so please bring warm winter shoes.

About Life

Please bring your own slippers, nightgown, towel, toothbrush, and anything else you may need for the activity. The store sells slippers, towels, toothbrushes, and other daily necessities.

What to bring
A.
There are hair dryers provided in the changing rooms of the large baths (3 in the Bandai no Yu and 3 in the Inawashiro no Yu).
Please note that the use of hair dryers in the rooms is prohibited as it will trip the breaker.
If you wish to use your own hair dryer, please use it in the main bathroom or in the washroom near your room.

Please bathe within the time allotted for each group between 17:30 and 22:00.

Morning Gathering will begin at 7:00 a.m. with the raising of the national and local flags and radio calisthenics.
The evening gala will begin at 4:45 p.m. with the surrender of the national and local flags and introduction of the group (2-3 minutes).
Both will also pass on various communications from the exchange house.
In case of rain, the event will be cancelled.

All members are encouraged to attend. It is a place to interact with other organizations and present each other's activities, as well as receive important communications from the House of Exchange.
If there is a conflict with other activities such as outdoor cooking, one representative of the group should participate.

Other

Organizations that meet the following criteria may use our facilities

(1) The group must have at least 10 members, including an adult leader, or be engaged in a curricular activity.
(2) Establish a specific training plan in advance and comply with the purpose and rules of this facility.
(iii) Do not engage in the following activities
Political education or other political activities in support of or in opposition to a particular political party
Religious education and other religious activities to support or oppose a particular religion
Activities exclusively for profit

In the case of use by groups, circles, government offices, companies, families, etc., we will determine whether the use is "youth" or "general" based on the purpose and activities of the group, the age composition of the users, and other factors.
