STEP 1] Confirm Terms of Use
(1)Available organizations
Organizations that meet the following criteria may use our facilities
(1) The group must have at least 10 members, including an adult leader, or be engaged in a curricular activity.
(2) Establish a specific training plan in advance and comply with the purpose and rules of this facility.
(iii) Do not engage in the following activities
Political education or other political activities in support of or in opposition to a particular political party
Religious education and other religious activities to support or oppose a particular religion
For details, please refer to the detailed regulations for use.
(2) Application period

*The starting date shall be the date of commencement of use.
The "Day Trip with Lunch" refers to the use of the facility to order lunch, including boxed lunches and outdoor meals.
If you wish to bring your own lunch, please apply during the "Day Trip: No Lunch" application period.
If you wish to apply for "Day Trip with Lunch", please indicate "with lunch" in the remarks column of the application form.
STEP 2] Application
Please click on the link below and fill out the required information to apply.
STEP 3] Usage Consent
After confirming the contents of the application, if the application is acceptable, a letter of acceptance will be sent by e-mail.
STEP 4] Program Adjustment
Please submit the "Activity Itinerary," "Meal Application Form," and "User List.
Rooms will be confirmed at least 30 days in advance.
(3) At least 20 days in advance >>> Decision on program and training room
After submitting the "Activity Schedule," the staff member in charge will confirm the program and location of the activity, and make arrangements by phone or e-mail.
[Attention.
If there are overlapping programs with other groups, the staff in charge may make adjustments and request changes to the program.
○If you submit the documents late, we may not be able to meet your request for the program, etc.
STEP 5] Date of use
Prior arrangement
0Pre-consultation (online) - Explanation of the activity program and use of facilities will be provided using a web conferencing system.
0Pre-tour: Groups are invited to tour the facility. Staff will not be present.

(1)Request for cancellation or schedule change
In the event of a schedule change, you will be notified by e-mail as to the availability of the dates you wish to change.
*Applications will not be accepted by telephone, fax, or e-mail.
